Dior 2009: The Comeback of the Mini


Dior Spring / Summer - Kollektion 2009

John Galliano has been inspired by “tribal chic“ for the Dior spring/summer collection and combines elegant mini dresses with shimmering skirts, corset bustiers, short and pleated skirts with jaguar or python enhanced prints, to a large extent transparency sets the tone for the fashion world in 2009.

The star designer staged the Paris "Prêt-à-Porter" show uniquely with telescope topknots, tops and jackets, motorcycle blousons and light, muslin dresses.
